The Executive Director plays a pivotal leadership role in sustaining the momentum of our growing organization and looking ahead to ensure a sustainable future. The Executive Director oversees the effective management of the organization’s operations, finances, and strategic initiatives. This position is responsible for fostering strong, collaborative relationships with the clinic leadership team, Board of Directors, and key partners. This role provides the opportunity to help shape the future of community-based health care in Cumberland and the Comox Valley, while championing the next phase of our growing, values-driven organization.
